Jerusalem Sage (Phlomis Fruiticosa)
A tough long flowering perennial shrub with felty silver leaves and whorls of golden yellow flowers throughout spring and summer. Plant it alongside hardy perennials, such as catmint and bee balm, in a perennial garden, or group it with evergreen shrubs, where it will provide a welcome burst of summer color.
