Important Note: Due to their perishable nature and for hygiene reasons, all plants, candles, and incense are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Standard Shipping: DHL or FedEx, flat rate of $12.95, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Please review our return policy carefully:

Eligibility:

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All plants (living, perishable goods)
• Candles and incense (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards and gift vouchers

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return
3. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorization number and instructions
4. Ship the item(s) to the address we provide using a trackable service

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Up to 10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Up to 5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these terms or your use of our website will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last six months for products related to the claim.
