Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of living plants and for hygiene reasons, all plants, candles, and incense are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in selecting and packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in your home.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: Up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
