Products & Plant Care
What types of plants do you offer?
We specialize in a variety of plants including Easy Care Plants perfect for beginners, Balcony & Courtyard Plants for outdoor spaces, and unique collections curated by The Plant Society team. Each plant is selected for its beauty and ability to thrive in home environments.
How are your plants packaged for shipping?
We package our living plants with special care to ensure they arrive in vibrant health. Each plant is securely nestled in protective packaging that maintains moisture and prevents damage during transit. We recommend unpacking them immediately upon delivery and giving them a little water and light to help them settle into their new home.
Do you offer homeware products as well?
Yes! Beyond plants, we offer beautifully designed homewares including planters, brushware, candles & incense, and fine goods for pets. We collaborate with premium brands like Austin Austin, FRAMA, and Georg Jensen, plus offer our own Designed by The Plant Society collection.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most regions! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot ship to Asia and a few remote regions. If you have questions about your specific location, please contact us before ordering.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Partnering with DHL or FedEx for delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes tracking.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your items. We ensure each plant is healthy and each product is impeccably packaged before dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Due to their living nature, plants have specific return considerations – please contact us directly if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy.
How do I initiate a return?
